If you are interested in adopting a Gallant Edge puppy, please complete the following questionnaire, kindly make every effort to answer all the questions to the best of your ability.  Feel free to contact us any time with your questions or concerns.

This questionnaire is designed to help us screen potential adoptive families to assist us to place our puppies in responsible, loving forever homes.  It also helps us to determine your needs so that we can help you to choose the best puppy to suit your lifestyle and to provide additional information we feel would be helpful to you. 

To complete this questionnaire you can:

  1. Save this page as a document,  right click and choose Save Page As, name it something like Gallant Edge Adoption Questionnaire.txt  Save as a text document.  Then complete the form and e-mail it back to Gallant Edge German Shepherds at email address: info@gallantshepherds.com or mail it to us (contact us for mailing address); or
  2. Copy to our return email address, Highlight text (Left click mouse and hold down over text to be copied) copy questionnaire, open email to us at info@gallantshepherds.com, and paste questionnaire to into email .  Complete questionnaire and send to us.
Once we receive your completed questionnaire we will review it and contact you.  If you have not already done so, we will also arrange an appointment for you to meet our dogs and visit our kennel.

Your Expectation of the German Shepherd Dog

23    Are you aware that there are additional costs for booster vaccines, one and two months after brining your puppy home, annual vaccines, spaying and neutering, in addition to ear care solutions, shampoos, brushes, a premium large breed puppy food, dishes, chews, treats, a bed, collars, leashes, toys, and training, licensing etc.?

27.    The social/temperament stability of a puppy is greatly influenced by the shepherd's social contact.  Socialization is required to maintain and increase social and temperament stability. Are you willing to attend puppy socialization and basic training classes with an emphasis on positive reinforcement?

We get many requests for puppies, and do have limited breedings, answering this questionnaire is not a guarantee you will get a pup but will help us to determine if one of our pups is a good match for your needs.

Do We Provide International Delivery or Transport Service To Your Location?

Gallant Edge German Shepherds provides international delivery and transport service in Canada and the United States of America (USA).  German Shepherd puppies 8 weeks or older can be cleared for pre-paid air travel once our confirmation and verification process is complete.  Out-of-province clients may be required to provide additional information to assist us to confirm the quality of our puppy's prospective living situation, prior to approval.

Canada
German Shepherd puppies for adoption can be delivered to any province in Canada including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon Territories.


United States
